CALL FOR PAPERS

The International Conference on Parallel and Distributed Computing, Applications and Technologies (PDCAT) is a major forum for scientists, engineers, and practitioners throughout the world to present the latest research, results, ideas, developments and applications in all areas of parallel and distributed computing. Started in Hong Kong in 2000, PDCAT 2020 will be held in Macau, China, after 20 years of success in countries/regions including Taiwan, Japan, China, Korea, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand across Asia-Oceania. PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINE:

  • Papers reporting original and unpublished research results and experience are solicited.
  • Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation.
  • Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
  • Papers must be written in English and submitted electronically as a PDF/Word file at https://easychair.org/ .
  • Submissions should be made in IEEE conference proceedings format ( https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html ),
    and must not exceed 6 pages in length.
  • Conference proceedings is planned to be published by IEEE Computer Society.
  • Extended versions of selected papers will be published in special issues of some SCI-indexed international journals.


IMPORTANT DATES:

Paper submission deadline: July 14, 2020
Author notification: August 30, 2020
Camera-ready version due: Sept 15, 2020
Conference: December 7-10, 2020


ABOUT Macau:

Macau is an autonomous region on the south coast of China, across the Pearl River Delta from Hong Kong, A Portuguese territory until 1999, it reflects a mix of cultural influences. Its giant casinos and malls on the Cotai Strip, which joins the islands of Taipa and Coloane, have earned it the nickname, "Las Vegas of Asia." One of its more striking landmarks is the tall Macau Tower, with sweeping city views.
